Important Payment Information:

1.  Please note there is a pay by check option (Send to: DCF 312 “A” Street, Davis, CA 95618)

2.  Please note that you do not have to pay the event & paypal admin fees if you mail in your registration.  Just send the check to the above address and DO NOT purchase an online ticket.

3.  The ticket purchasing (above) is the only way we can accept credit cards.

4.  You do NOT have to open a Paypal account to pay with paypal, please read Paypal’s home page carefully.

Fall Retreat Details: (Oct 23-25) El Dorado National Park

Starting: 7:00PM on Friday and Ending 10am on Sunday

Camp Ground: Sierra Pines off of Hwy 50, about 2 hour drive toward Tahoe (http://www.sierrapines.org/)

Are we having dinner on Friday night?: No, grab dinner on the way, we will have snacks that night though.

Will there be time to study?: oh yea, lots of free time for you to study

What to Bring: Sleeping bag & Pillow, warm clothes, snacks to share, homework, musical instruments, and anything else to have lots of fun!

What wil we be doing? Having lots of fun, hiking, worshiping, learning about God, sharing about your life, getting to know the DCF community.

Transportation: There will be Carpool from Davis

How to get there:

  1. Take U.S. Highway 50 east from Sacramento and Placerville as if you were going to South Lake Tahoe.
  2. Just past Twin Bridges and Camp Sacramento on your left is Sierra Pines Road. Turn left off Highway 50 on to Sierra Pines Road.
  3. Follow Sierra Pines Road 1/2 mile to the camp entrance turning left.
  4. Proceed to the office below the lodge’s front deck for registration and housing assignments. The lodge is a large, two-story building with the dining/meeting area, kitchen and dorms.

Winter Retreat Details: (Jan 15-18) Sacramento, CA

Sign up before December 31st or the price goes up! We get the privilege of getting a slashed price for commuters – $49! If you still want the hotel, the price is $99 but you must sign up before Dec 31st. More info to come!
