Come learn about the science of human belief in God from noted researcher and cognitive scientist Dr. Justin Barrett.

Dr. Barrett’s presentation will focus on how religious belief is natural based on its evolutionary advantages and the way human minds work, as well as the implications of these ideas on religious thought. A Q&A session with the audience, moderated by Dr. Bryan Enderle, will follow Dr. Barrett’s talk. This event is jointly sponsored by the Club Finance Council and a coalition of Christian fellowships.

Dr. Barrett holds a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Cornell University and served as the senior researcher for the Centre for Anthropology and the Mind and the Institute for Cognitive and Evolutionary Anthropology at Oxford University.
